Terms and conditions
1. Overview
This website is owned and operated by Atelier scriptural Writuals. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may update these at any time without notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, illustrations, product descriptions, templates, images, and layout — belongs to Atelier scriptural Writuals and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Any use or reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts
By creating an account on our site (via Panierdachat), you agree to keep your login information secure and accurate. Atelier scriptural Writuals is not responsible for unauthorized access due to negligence in account protection.
4. Product Descriptions & Availability
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct these at any time. Because our offerings are created in small batches, availability is limited and not guaranteed.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Each product is crafted with care — slowly, and in small quantities. For this reason, all sales are final.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or we’ve made an error, email us within 7 days of receiving it at [email protected]. We’ll kindly ask for proof of purchase and a few photos, then make it right — no hassle.
In short: no returns for a change of mind, but always a listening ear if something goes wrong.
6. External Links
This site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. social media, articles, or collaborators). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices and do not endorse them.
7. Limitation of Liability
All content is provided “as is” for general information only. Atelier scriptural Writuals does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of the website at all times.
In no event shall we — or any affiliates, directors, or employees — be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its content.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a transaction made through it will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
